OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your American Cowboy Whiskey Company® product as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We’ve made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM PST for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.

The following shipping options are available to you but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
American Cowboy Whiskey Company® and UPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

SHIPPING TO A P.O. BOX
American Cowboy Whiskey Company® ships UPS Ground within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. We offer UPS SurePost option if you wish to ship to a PO Box. Please select UPS SurePost as your shipping option in checkout. Not all products are eligible to ship to a PO Box.

ALASKA AND HAWAII
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 7 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. To check your order status, Order status

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Sorry, at this time we do not ship internationally.

OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your American Cowboy Whiskey Company® product(s) as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. Customer pays return shipping charges.

INS AND OUTS OF THE AMERICAN COWBOY WHISKEY COMPANY® RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

All returns must be related to a americancowboywhiskey.com order. 
American Cowboy Whiskey Company® does not offer returns on items purchased outside of americancowboywhiskey.com
All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, an RMA # will be provided
Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable 
Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable 
All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. American Cowboy Whiskey Company does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. 
American Cowboy Whiskey Company does not accept returns on customized product.
For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on americancowboywhiskey.com for the correct item.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit. You may use the original product packaging or your own
Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number
Securely attach your return label to the package.

Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.
If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
