The cowboy’s rough, lonely and sometimes grueling work wasn’t for the faint of heart. Constantly looking forward to the end of the day, images of the cowboy’s sauntering into a saloon or bedding down next to a warm campfire to break the evenings chill -all the while savoring a shot of whiskey … The American Cowboy is still very much a part of today’s life in the American West.
